TURKISH GET UP — REFUND POLICY

Turkish Get Up, LLC ("Turkish Get Up," "we," "our," or "us") provides fitness, wellness, mobility, strength training, and related digital services through subscription-based access. To maintain transparent and consistent practices, the following Refund Policy applies to all purchases, whether made through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any authorized web-based payment portal.

1. General Rule — Payments Are Non-Refundable

All fees for subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, and in-app purchases are final and non-refundable.
No partial, prorated, or mid-cycle refunds will be issued once a billing period has begun.

2. Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Granted

A refund may be approved only under the following limited circumstances:

a. Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If a user is billed twice for the same subscription period or can demonstrate an accidental, unintentional purchase, we may issue a refund after verification.

b. Documented Technical Failure

If a verified technical malfunction originating from Turkish Get Up prevents the user from accessing Premium features for a substantial duration, a refund or account credit may be granted.

c. Unauthorized Transactions

Upon review of account activity and payment records, unauthorized transactions may be refunded if validated.

d. Mandatory Cooling-Off Rights

Users residing in certain jurisdictions (e.g., EU/UK) may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase for a full refund, provided Premium features have not been materially consumed. These rights apply only where required by law.

3. Refund Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case by our Support team.
Turkish Get Up reserves the right to approve or deny requests based on documented evidence, usage data, and applicable legal standards.

TURKISH GET UP — CANCELLATION POLICY

(Premium Legal Version — 2025)

1. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

2. How to Cancel

Because subscriptions are managed through the user's platform provider, cancellations must be completed through:

Apple App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Google Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions
Web billing portal (if applicable)

Turkish Get Up cannot cancel subscriptions on behalf of users.

3. Effect of Cancellation

When cancelled:

Premium access continues until the end of the already-paid billing cycle.
No partial or prorated refunds are issued.
The subscription will not renew after the current cycle ends.

4. App Deletion Is Not Cancellation

Uninstalling or deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Billing will continue until the subscription is cancelled in the applicable store.

TURKISH GET UP — TRIALS & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

1. Eligibility and Scope

Trials, introductory pricing, and promotional offers ("Promotions") are available only to users who meet the eligibility criteria published at the time of the offer. Promotions may be limited to:

New subscribers
Returning subscribers who have been inactive for a defined period
Users in specific geographic regions

2. Automatic Conversion

Unless cancelled before the promotional period ends, the subscription converts automatically to the applicable paid plan at the then-current rate. Standard cancellation rules apply.

3. Non-Transferability

Promotional codes, trial periods, and discounts:

Are personal to the user
May not be sold, transferred, or combined
Are valid only for the published time period

4. Revocation of Promotional Access

Turkish Get Up reserves the right to revoke or modify promotional access if:

The user violates the Terms of Service
Fraud, abuse, or misuse of a promotion is detected
The promotion expires or is withdrawn

5. No Cash Value

Promotions and trial periods have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refund.
